The double front entry doors of the main house open into a sizable entry hall connecting the east and west wings of the residence. The western portion features the Grand Room along with an open concept dining and kitchen area.

Two sets of double glass doors within the living area access a 430 square foot open patio area and provide sensational views of Treasure Cay Beach and the iridescent "south sea blue" waters of the Sea of Abaco. The living area is tastefully furnished with a sofa, love seat and matching chair, plus an entertainment armoire, equipped with a large screen TV, DVD player, and satellite TV.

The dining area also boasts a set of double glass doors opening onto the exterior patio and glorious sea views. The rectangle dining table provides seating for six. The adjacent fireplace adds to the ambiance of a romantic evening or an intimate dinner party.

The spacious, modern, open concept kitchen boasts extensive Corian countertops, including a breakfast bar, with seating for three.

The master suite features a four- poster king bed. Double sliding glass doors open onto an elevated stone surface patio and provide sensational views of the beach and sea. The master bath offers a large, tiled shower enclosure.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and also features sliding glass doors, providing access to the patio and nearby beachfront. The shared bathroom offers a stand up shower.

The guest house, features 400 extra square feet of living space, consisting of one bedroom, one bath, kitchenette with refrigerator, sink and microwave and a sitting room with views of the Ocean. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and the full bath offers a shower stall.
