The 'much talked about' copula room at the top of the house affords a view for over ten miles in all directions. Furnished with a sofa and love seat as well as stools at the wet bar. There is also Satellite TV included with over 70 video channels and the major Miami networks. A step-out, observation deck is off this room and the view of the Sea of Abaco and surrounding Abaco Out Islands is unbeatable. The house is approximately 70 feet from the water and faces west to take full advantage of Abaco sunsets. The private dock is 60 feet long with a 30' extension and the water is approximately 4 and a half feet deep at low tide. Natural stone walk ways connect the dock to the deck. Other amenities include: Central AC, Satellite TV, VCR, Sound system with CD player, tape deck and speakers on main floor and top floor cupola, VHF radio, phone, gas BBQ, desalination plant and stand-by back up generator. A laundry room with washer and dryer is attached to the house and is available to all guests. INTERNET ACCESS WiFi access available, but you must bring your own laptop or other wireless device. You can even make free calls to the US through the WiFi connection once you have signed up for Internet access with the ISP in Marsh Harbour.
